This hand carved wooden Chess set features a 4.0" King with a 1.875" diameter base and weighs an incredible 60 ounces.

Nothing can heighten your Chess playing experience more than the feel and weight of finely crafted Staunton Chess set. We are proud to offer the Centurion Series Chessmen from the House of Staunton.
This design of this heavily weighted set is based upon the original Jaques of London Staunton pattern Chessmen, with the exception of the Knight, which has been designed by the Maestro himself, Frank A. Camaratta, Jr.

You will not find a higher quality Staunton Chess set at this price. 
Each set consists of 34 Chessmen, 17 light and 17 dark (including the two additional Queens.)
