It is enough to set a position on the board in any of the programs mentioned above and using Nalimov Endgame Tablebases you can see :
- how the position is evaluated
- what is the strongest continuation in this position and how the game can go on at the strongest playing of the both sides.
Moreover, if during analyzing by the playing program in one of the variants there is a position with 5 pieces then the program receives a true evaluation and can select the strongest variant based upon this evaluation.
